Hello! I've used the search function and haven't found an answer to this. Can you help out and tell me what your movecount breakdown is for:

-first four centers
-last two centers
-tredges
-3x3

thank you :)

ahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

In case you don't understand why I'm laughing, there aren't exactly that many people that actually bother to count moves on numerous 7x7 solves.

Hmm, let's see (note these are purely guesstimates, but not far from accurate, I think):
corners: 30-40 moves
outer wings: 110 moves
inner wings: 110 moves
outer X centers: 90 moves
inner X centers: 90 moves
outer + centers: 90 moves
inner + centers: 90 moves
right obliques: 90 moves
left obliques: 90 moves
central edges: 50 moves
I won't count centers, because they save more moves than they add if I do them.

So I guess that's a total of about 850 moves or so.

Oh, I'm sorry, you were talking about sighted?

:)

(seriously, I might try counting sometime soon)

That was a very low movecount. I haven't heard of this method. What is it called and where can I get more information on it?
