Stuck on ~24 s averages

I've been cubing for around 3 months now, and it's been a while (2-3 weeks) since I've made any substantial progress. I've been using Fridrich starting in mid-May and got down full PLL and 2 look OLL. Cross+F2L averages around 15 seconds, OLL is about 6, and PLL is about 3. However, three weeks ago, I've gotten to around 26-27 averages. Any tips on how to get better?
BTW, I already have two decent cubes (guhong and lunhui, differential oil and ultimate modded)

Work on F2L, look-ahead, and practice.

Just keep on practising and then one day you will improve out of no where for like no reason. Thats how cubing is. Very long periods of staying at the same time, then out of no where a random improvement. Just hang in there.

for me, getting the top cross takes around 2 seconds, then for some reason, the OLLs that i find hard (headlights and some other ones) pop up the most...if a sune or antisune comes up then OLL should take me 3 seconds tops

Avoid dot cases at least, bro. The headlights alg I use is 15 moves. I do it in 1.5. 10tps isn't hard.

Then again, you shouldn't just focus on turn speed throughout the whole solve.

maybe i should actually focus on f2l...i just did a couple solves and got really inconsistent, with some as high as 28 or 29 sec, and some as low as 20 or 21

Oh of course! But as far as LL is concerned, don't be afraid to drill algs. That's how I got 1.43 on my 21-move Na-perm for PLL.
