How do you fare? or just howdy!

Hello!
I am Mark, but I go by Mater or Lamprey. I am fifteen, and I have been cubign for about three years. For how long I have been cubing my times are still quite slow. My 3x3 personal best is 16.10 and my AST is around 24 seconds.
I live in the Erie, PA area, so if any lives close by say hi! (or anything else that rhymes with "by")

Well than it is a good thing I live outside of Erie , and I would agree. Valerio's is amazing!

I assume you use Fridrich, right? Have you experimented with others?

Yes, I use Fridrich. I have only looked into Corners first method and Hiese. Although I do not find Hiese enteirely good for speedsolving, it does help with my F2L. However, I tend to just start solving, so Hiese isn't always best for me. I need to retrain myself to look ahead during the solve mostly I think. Also, I need to eliminate wrist turning for R and L face turns.

So besides look ahead; better finger tricks, and more practice. I am not sure where to go.

What methods would you personally recommend?

Anything like Roux, Petrus, Fridrich, or ZZ is going to be good. I like ZZ though.
