Well it depends how much practice you do. I think both can be equally fast given enough practice. This question is like asking if petrus is faster than roux, in other words this is a stupid question.

I would recommend just learning Ortega and then, if you're interested in getting faster, CLL.

Guimond could be just as fast, but would need more practice than Ortega.

+1. Ortega is very efficient algorithm-wise and can be very fast.

Ortega will get you sub5 faster, Guimond will get you sub3 faster. People have gotten much faster averages with Guimond than Ortega. Both are easy to learn though.
