Public vote/trial when Banning members?

just as the title says, i was thinking if maybe the moderators should make a public vote when giving out infractions.

there are some mods who may not be as experianced at dealing with annoying members, i think having a discussion with other may be better than taking the responsibility all by yourself.

also, allowing the member recieving infractions to speak for themselves could prevent any unjust punishments due to misunderstanding.

Figured someone would bring that up, i always figured there was some actual reason and the mod just didnt state it. Then again i don't know. That fact that it was Daniel makes it ten times funnier though.

This forum has a lot of idiots that would be swayed in their vote by a youtube video or something dumb like that. I'd rather leave it up to people that are known to be responsible in their bans.

You've been banned because you repeatedly break established rules, not because a mod hates you. Get over it. You can either become a rule-abiding member like the rest of us or leave.
