I don't have anything to add about 5style which I haven't already said in my previous post in this thread. But I agree announcing someone else's tragic death in a method thread and using it to make a point about yourself is very odd.

6000 algs would be about 1000 a year or 3 per day for the entire time OP has been developing it, which isn't totally unreasonable (commutators are much easier to learn than traditional algorithms), but keep in mind it's only 1/20 of the total algs. He's been posting daily examples of cases which presumably he also learns, but it would take >300 years to get through every case at this speed...

UF5 is infeasible in many perspectives, it is almost a known fact.

Yes the algs can be decomposed into a setup to some commutator but they are not intuitive like 3style, where even learning 800 comms is already a huge task. A lot of algs that he posts are not even fast to execute.

Abhijeet has stated before that only a few of the low movecount 4,5,6,7 movers are worth learning, yet he continues to post longer algs anyway.

Also because he spams this alg post to like almost 10 different places not just SS forums, it's painfully obvious that he is just doing this for attention to make himself look like he is relevant to top blindsolving methods when he clearly is not.

And he has the audacity to make this entire thread to complain about people calling him out on his lying and misleading, and stoop as low as using another person's death for attention.

I sincerely hope that the admins and other super moderators on this forum are at least keeping an eye on @abunickabhi (Abhijeet)'s behavior, there really is no place for this in the cubing community.

While it seems the abunickabhi has perhaps made some questionable decisions and behaviors (not sure haven't really looked into the situation), I think it should be noted that while he may be a bad person, he is still a person. It can often be easy to forget that the person behind the screen has their own unique life.

I have made my point in this thread by writing the first post in this thread and this thread is going off-topic and toxic.

I will be closing the thread in a few days to prevent comments that are not well thought through.

I am quite confident about my life and my behaviour (in real life atleast).

My online comments need accuracy and diplomacy which I am working on.

I have to accept if a person wants to dwell in negativity and cause defamation and hate, I just have to ignore it, as the negativity might be arising from a different source.

I simply meant even if all the allegations are true and if he is, we should still be considerate. I don’t have much information in the situation and didn’t want to jump to conclusion

His personal life isn't really something to care about, it's his actions in the cubing and BLD community being the root cause of a lot of negativity. In this community, cubers who he has misled and accused of being discriminatory are also people as well.

As for the allegations being true, most of them are already visible in his posts in this thread and other posts on this forum.

That is not what we are criticizing lol

Other people have had this conversation before, we have told him that he is welcome to pursue 5style as a passion project, that is not the problem.

But it is his choice to lie about how many algs he knows (he has claimed to know a quarter of 5style, 30000 algs) before, then refusing to provide proof to back up his insane claim and spiraling into an endless cycle of negativity such as accusing western cubers of discriminating his nationality, that is what the problem is.

Keep in mind that every time he tells kids who are new to BLD that 5style is viable and he knows thousands of algs already, they will likely believe it and start learning these useless algs, or give up on BLD altogether.

Every time he tells an Indian kid that western cubers are mostly discriminating against us, that is a baseless accusation that fuels more negativity in the cubing community.

There is no reason to accuse him without proof, the evidence is clear as day in his own posts and messages.

If you want to keep blindly making up reasons without any knowledge of what happened in the BLD community then be my guest.

Going in stealth mode would have been a good way to continue working on uf5.

I guess I did not have the maturity to do stealth mode back in 2019, after doing stealth for 3 years. It was impatience but I do not think it was attention seeking which I have been accused of.

Being the punching bag of the community is a good lesson to get tough in real life. A good and effective politician in a good democracy will have to deal with a lot of hate and false accusations. I do not intend to be a politician anytime, but I got trained to become a more thick skin person.

Stealth mode would have been tough but the only way I feel, anyway the generation that poured hate onto me is close to retiring from cubing, I guess I continue pursuing it and find joy in the theoretical and computational aspects of it yo.
