I've currently been stuck at around a 2:10-2:15 average and haven't improved in months. Using reduction I do about 35-40 second centers, 60-80 seconds for edges, and 25 seconds average for 3x3. What should I work on? My guess is edges, maybe I am doing something wrong. I fill up the 8 U and D slots, then put it back and solve the last 4. I usually always get some sort of Parity that requires an Alg. Any advice?

Try to avoid the parity, or if you get parity, try to get another parity & do the double parity algorithm, It's much faster. For edges just make sure to look ahead.

Like how would I avoid parity? Any little tricks I could do? or is it all intuitive?

It's basically just being careful & watching what you pair, but If you notice you accidentally paired something up for parity, try to pair something else up, then when your done you can do this quick algorithm: Uw' Dw R U R' F R' F' R Dw' Uw. It's very quick.

Alright thanks, yeah that alg is good. I had been doing 2 individual parity cases for that one.

The double parity alg is great. You can solve two checkerboard parities in about 9 turns. To do it one at a time would take 28 turns. And with slight modification, it can be used on all cube 4x4 and greater parity situations.

I found learning AVG-edges was very helpful reducing my 5x5x5 times, because the lookahead is awsome.
