I can solve a 3x3 using the SLOW cross, then fill, then turn over, then do 10000 other things but I want to learn how to solve it really fast like a proffesional.

I suggest using the CFOP system (Fridrich method) for speed. Some also get fast times with Petrus method.

Also, use the search featur eon this board to find countless threads on how to get faster / improve times etc... try it!

Go onto youtube and type in badmephisto.
What's your time right now?
You should consider solving your cross on the bottom and stuff.

This is targeted at newbies in general not just you:

It's strange that newbies think that you just could ask something like: "HELP GETTING A CONTRACT. I can play football at a beginners level but I want to play at professional level."

While answering such questions politely might look like the nice thing to do, my response is almost always to ignore the question or go on a rant about the lack of respect it is to ask such questions to begin with.

Oh, yeah forgot to say in the voice of Mr. T: PRACTICE F00L!!!

I suggest learning CFOP (Fridrich), Petrus, or Roux. Since you said you do cross slowly, might want to look into the block-building based methods before going too deep into CFOP.

Then PRAAAACTIIIIIIIIIIISSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Oh and why don't you use the FAST cross? (What's the slow cross?)
