As someone who has some form of experience when talking about forum comps, and is finally managing to be able to host a comp that is at low risk of ending early or dying etc, I wonder what people here consider to be a "good" forum comp.
Things I'm especially interested in are :
- Is there a perfect competitor : organiser ratio ? If so, what could it be ?
- Best way to handle receiving/handling results.
- Best way to get people to help with the comp (something I am struggling with right now)
Imo i think a good competitor : organiser ratio is 10 : 1, but this is not based off actual experience , just from what I have seen.
And on getting people to help with it, I reckon I'm only struggling as I have multiple rules in place in my comp, and do not want to accept anyone who asks to.
(also if this should be in forum comp thread just move it ig)
