Are you using CubeDB.net or any other reconstruction software? I can't get your LXS to work and I don't think that PLL works either. EDIT: The PLL just needs the UD to be U'D then it works.
Your 223 was a lot better here though! But during LXS you shouldn't break EO, so try inserting the DFR edge first then solving the final pair using only RU moves, or if you want to try something more intuitive try connecting the F2L corner to it's edge then solving that with the DFR edge then connecting that to BRPair and solving. You can see what that would look like with the LXS case you got on that scramble here.
