APB Example Solve Thread

I was able to find a really nice 223 that also solve the FR pair, which I was able to find a really nice continuation that ended up giving a 38 move solution. Though the wide l/r into M is a bit awkward to execute, it's still somewhat easy to do. I could also cancel some moves and shorten it to a 35 move solution, but it's unrealistic to see that cancelation at the end of LXS into ZBLL in an actual solve.

Not a very great 223 but I was able to combine it with BRpair, though it was still 24 moves which is way too long, but I couldn't find much else that was good.
