Wow, That is actually the first non-cubing related video I've seen that is sponsored by a cube company. That is definitely good because it is spreading the world of speedcubing to new people. I don't know what this TV show is but it flashed across my screen and my Cuber-Senses kicked in and... is that a.. checkerboard? And an almost correct depiction of a cube? I can't really tell if the colour scheme is correct because of the quality of the colours, but why is the top center circular while the centers on the horizontal axis are square? Some wacky designing there.

I found the 3x3.
It's in the scene where Watney is completing the mission experiments on the Martian soil, and says, "Hey, Johanssen. I know you don't like it when I touch the chem cam, but....I'm touching the chem cam."
I wasn't looking for it. Just happened to be watching the movie again and randomly saw it in the background.
