How to stop burnout?

I want to optimise my schedule for maximum progression but I am afraid of burnout as TWICE BEFORE I have burnt out. I wanna progress as fast as possible to get to Canadian NR in like 5~ years. There's not much to ask but I can't find anything similar on the web.
Which Canadian NR in 5 years?

Why such a long term plan?

What are your priorities? If your priorities are right, there will be less burnout yo.

Get a few non-WCA puzzles. Even just bigger cubes or bigger minxes. Things that you can focus on when you're not trying to enhance speed. Use these puzzles as casual solves, kinda meditative solving moments. Who knows, maybe you'll find a new love like I did and speedsolving isn't for you? I'm always looking for the crazy new puzzle to figure out, I really don't care how fast I can solve stuff anymore. I'm just saying, expand a bit past the WCA, find something unique, use the techniques that you already know. Figuring out a new puzzle on your own can be a great way to re-light your puzzle solving fire.

I'm also trying to stop burnout, so hopefully this thread helps. Imo, I think I burned out because of my "exam fatigue" after the IGCSE checkpoint exams, with school exams coming, and not having enough time on my schedule. I try to include it but in the end, nothing really works. Hopefully, I'll be back by the summer.
