Running cubers

I’ve been running seriously for like a month now and my 5K averages around 25-28 minutes. I’m 158cm / 5' 2” dunno if it matters but yeah my legs are short.
I would say it does, all of the really good milers in my states are all 6ft+, I’m 5’11ish, there is a kid one my team who is 5’5 who ran a 5:30 mile on my team so while height is factor it shouldn’t hold you back from respectable times.

@Garf What is your PR mile time? I got a challenge in mind…

Didn’t see this until now, but mine is 5:08 and can comfortably run under 5:30. I’ve been really close to beating 5:08, but no dice.
XC HYPE!!!!!
It doesn’t start until September though :(
Preseason started last week (August 21) for me. Gonna try to break 18 for 5k

How do you guys find so much space to run? Do u use a treadmill or something? Also in my buildings gym there is this machine where you hold these handles and move you leg and body forwards and backwards can that be used for runn8ng
On trails, sidewalks but mostly in parks.
