What is required to organize FMC officially

So I was just wondering what is required in order for me to organize FMC officially.

First question: what am I required to buy if I were to do it?

Second question: Is it possible to do only one attempt to save time?

Third question: Does the WCA allow it to be in another room while blind events are going on?

Fourth question: If I've never done FMC officially, can I still put it on my events list?

yes, you can only do 1 attempt if you want to

I do enjoy FMC. It’s like taking an exam, but it doesn’t affect your GPA! Very fun time.

I believe you need a delegate who's willing to oversee the competition. But it can't hurt to learn about the process for yourself, because you can probably help organize. See this page for organizer guidelines

• Paper and pencils (especially for FMC)

You can have bo1 but you shouldn't
Mo3 is the only acceptable format in my mind.

I once did bo1 at a comp, if it was mo3 it would last 3 hours, expecting it to end at 9 o clock
