SpedCube's Progression

Nice! Your 4x4 times are way better than mine. One main reason is I've been struggling memorizing the OLL Parity Algorithm. But nice times nonetheless!
Thanks!
Ah ok. So if I’m understanding correctly, I should put the drops where the red arrow is pointing to?
Yup! Dont worry about ruining your cube or anything, that's hard to do lol

Nice! Do you think 5x5 is worth trying? I’m not a huge fan of big cubes, but I do like 4x4.
Tbh, I thought it wouldn't be, and it is annoying starting out, but I'm growing to like it more and more! I'd definitely recommend buying one and having a go at it. If you want too, I'd say go for the MGC 5x5, as it's only 20 dollars, so if you dont like it, you didnt spend too much on it, but it's literally amazing lol

Yeah, I would only get the MGC either way… that was the same way with me when I started 4x4. If I do 5x5 it would be after I’m good at 4x4 though. I’m not that good at 4x4.

Ill try this, here's a video from a few days ago of a solve. Could've easily been sub 14 but had a lot of cube rotations. Tell me what you all think!
Video Here
Well, yes, lots of cube rotations, I counted about 8 during F2L 😅. Maybe you could learn edge orientation? Or slow solves to improve your lookahead? One thing that can improve your lookahead is 2-gen solves, as you only have 2 pairs to solve and it should be easier to lookahead. Other than that, your last layer was pretty good! I would suggest to learn full PLL though, especially at this stage (you seem sub-20).

@Cubinginatree , why the confused reaction?
