Record them. Post them on YouTube and then make the vid private and share the link with us. I am not sure this works or not. Never tried it.

First of all, do the scramble with white up and green facing you.
Plan full cross during inspection. Try to not to rotate during cross and try to solve the cross in under 8 moves. Watch j perm's vid.
Learn intuitive F2L. Watch j perm's vid.
Rest is ok. Just practice.

Consider my solve. Planned cross, advanced F2L, oll and PLL. Wasn't a great solve though. Too many rotations. You should try to avoid them as well.

I noticed that you started the timer with your palms which you could get +2ed for in comp so make sure you're using the tips of your fingers. Also solve your cross on bottom.

definitely do your cross on the bottom, it'll save you that second or half a second that it takes to flip the cube

A couple things. First of all, there's no need to do two inspections (idk why you inspected and then lifted the cube cover off of it later on). Second of all, I would try to practice identifying certain cases quicker. Also, for that solve you almost had a finished first layer and an OLL skip, so I would use CFOP instead of ortega for that solve (I don't even know ortega though lol).

I think the 1st inspection you saw was checking the scramble.
Also I used to use the yuxin little magic 2x2 m but I got the old gan 251m at a comp because of it was my 1st comp. It is better the the yuxin:
