Alright guys and gals, here's the scoop: I have 40 bucks to spend on cubes. I need a OH cube, a skewb, a big cube (prob 5x5), or square one. Imma let you guys decide and tell me which ones I should buy. At the end of today, Ill place the order that I like the most! Either one expensive one, 2 or 3 cheap ones, let me know your advice!

For the Valk 5 M, I can ship it to you with 2 extra sets of Cubicle stickers. For the wrm 5x5, I’ve modded it to have slightly stronger magnets as the original magnets are a bit too weak. Btw I also have a Meilong 5 M that I can sell it to you for $6. The Meilong 5 M doesn’t feel as premium, but the smaller and unique size makes it comfortable to use.

For square-1, I actually have a modded Yuxin little magic M Square-1 which has better corner cutting and stronger magnets and I can sell it to you along with other puzzles for $7US.

For OH, I have a gan mini m pro which is my OH main, a guhong v4 with stronger magnets which is my backup main, and a self-magnetised moyu 50mm 3x3 and a yj zhilong mini M. Tbh I don’t really recommend getting the guhong v4 unless you are going to remagnetise it to make it really feels magnetic. However, I’m not gonna sell my main or backup as I am going to use them in comp very soon.

For skewb, its my main event and I have the Gan enhanced, gan enhanced UV coated, moyu weilong maglev, rs maglev, moyu aoyan M, wingy v1 maglev (self-modded) and a cyclone boys magnetic skewb modded with stronger magnets. Tbh, the rs maglev is the worst skewb I’ve ever tried. The frosted plastic on it is just so bad, and the turning feels so bad. I can sell you mine but I just don't want to because its just soo bad. I won’t sell you the wingy v1 maglev as I love it and the gan enhanced UV coated is my main. The aoyan is my previous main and I still love it so I won’t sell it either. The weilong is my backup along with the maglev wingy so I’m not selling that as well. The cyclone boys is my first skewb and is actually my first magnetic puzzle. I can sell it to you for $5. I really like its glossy plastic as it is very grippy, and it feels a lot nicer than the rs skewb.

Anyone have any tips for learning/getting faster at skewb? I know how to solve it, very basic way, but Id welcome any help
I recommend learning this next: https://sarah.cubing.net/skewb/my-method#section/beginners-variation
This is what I know and I average 13s with relatively little practice.
I had trouble understanding the diagrams, so I'm going to explain a couple of the steps that took me a long time to figure out and hopefully it will make more sense for you.

First side: you should already know how to do this, the two example cases shown helped me with inserting the last corner.

Remaining corners: When you get two headlights, hold them on the right and perform a sledgehammer (R' F R F').
When you get two corners facing up, hold them so one is in the front left and the other is on the back right and the corner in the front right has yellow facing you, then perform a sledgehammer and it will create a headlights case.

Solving top center: Rotate the skewb with y moves to put the yellow center in the back. Then do a sledgehammer, y2, and another sledgehammer.

Solving last centers: Hold the two solved sides on the left and right sides (it doesn't matter which color is where as long as they are on the left and right sides).
If there are 4 centers that need fixed, do a sledgehammer, y2, and another sledgehammer, this will create a case where there are 3 centers that need fixed.
If there are 3 centers that need fixed, rotate so the solved one is on the bottom (using x moves, keep the first 2 solved sides on the left and right). Then, look at the top color of the corners, find the center that needs to go there and hold it in the back. Then do a sledgehammer, y2, and another sledgehammer.

To improve after this:
