spam

[ender9994]

I think @qwr was been sarcastic in response to an unreasonable suggestion. He is not going to delete his account.

Stop trying to read any meaning into the spammer's actions. They're just doing it for attention, so stop giving them attention.

huh? we have spammers?

[cuberbutnotacuber]

Attention is only gained when one person of importance pays a great deal of thoughts and to their meanings, which are not needed sometimes. (No hate to anyone).- cuberbutnotacuber, to the the AoS (Army of Spammers)

[AlgoCuber]

@cuberbutnotacuber Next they're gonna attack you and say "Haiyahhhhhh, your fry rice so bad" or "Our ancestors have no MSG" or "Haiyahhhhhhh, use FINGER TEST"

lmfao that is so terrible but sounds super accurate

[qwr]

Obviously I was being sarcastic. The number of people who actually thought I would consider deleting my account is shocking tbh.

I wasn't thinking you were going to do it, you have to much to loose.

wow speedsolving sure is a very popular site
at this rate it will overtake r/cubers in only a few days!!

A shame. It appears that the massive influx of new members who were definitely all real people were driven away from the spam attack that we suffered this week. Hopefully our numbers can recover and we can make it back over that 50k member mark!

[LukasCubes]

yay its over

[cuberbutnotacuber]

We survived Spam War I or SWI. At least the battle of the SS forums. We might have many more battles to come, but for now, lets just solve Meilong 21x21s and relax.

It'll be marked in the history books... Spam War I, students will learn about it in 20 years time.

[cuberbutnotacuber]

Perhaps the GSWW (Great Spam World War) will be taught to the humble students after 20 years when GSWWII (Great Spam World War II) happens.

[qwr]

You know there was a few years ago vandalism on the wiki so bad you can't even create talk pages for certain articles like for Cross

Which new members are you referring to? I suspect most people who visited will visit again as it was a temporary issue.

WE WON THE BATTLE AND WE WILL WIN THE WAR.
