Good afternoon guys

I'm starting at the rubik cube 3x3x3 still in the basic method of layers, and I was already solving the cube, moving on to new algarithomes when I came across this situation, someone can help me, I've researched and I didn't find how to solve this situation

If you swap the orange and red edges you will have a T-perm you will have to remove the edge lifting the edge off of the cube and switching them. Hopefully this made sense

In other words, someone physically flipped two edges on your cube making it unsolvable. Someone must have taken the cube apart and put it together wrong. You have to physically take the cube apart and put it back together correctly.
