Im pretty sure you have two edges flipped.
take two adjacent yellow edges apart from the cube and swap them

As @ObscureCuber said, take the yellow-orange and yellow-red edges out and swap them, then you have a t-perm

Lololol that seems inefficient just swap the two corners and you get a solved case.

If you swap the orange and red edges you will have a T-perm you will have to remove the edge lifting the edge off of the cube and switching them. Hopefully this made sense

In other words, someone physically flipped two edges on your cube making it unsolvable. Someone must have taken the cube apart and put it together wrong. You have to physically take the cube apart and put it back together correctly.
