I broke sub 20 a week ago and I've been getting a lot of 17 and 18 ao5s. I know full OLL and an efficient solution for any F2L case I can think of. As of right now I can work on my cross to F2L transition and fix my turning to be lighter. Any tips?

Make sure you’re planning out cross fully in inspection. It should be 8 moves or less. Best to have no rotations during cross, and weigh up ergonomics vs efficiency properly (e.g. Rw y U D2 B’ F is efficient but not fingertrick friendly, while R U R’ U’ R U R‘ U’ is not efficient but fingertrick friendly). If you can plan out cross in inspection, now you can start looking for the next pair. If it’s planned out, you can do it BLD and don’t need to look, so why not use that time to find an easy pair? Make sure you watch some videos on this. And lookahead during F2L as well, pairs are in muscle memory so you should be trying to look for your next pair while doing the algorithm for your current one. Slow down your TPS for the algorithm if you can’t do it, then get faster. I recommend also reducing rotations in F2L, and AUFing too much. Make sure your splits are on par (or vaguely at least) with https://www.cubeskills.com/blog/cfop-solve-splits-tool
For lighter turning... IDK, loosen your cube like crazy, and that forces you to turn light?

I think my lookahead is ok for my level I can always find a corner or an edge while I'm doing a pair and the more pairs I've done the easier it is to look for pieces.
