Sub 6 in 2x2.Using CLL.Any tips will be appreciated

Hi I am Sub 6 in 2x2 with CLL.I learnt CLL just over a month ago.I would like some tips to optimise CLL.I would also like to know when I should learn EG-1.Thanks in Advance

Make your layers better. This is by far the most important thing in order to get god with CLL. Also, make sure your recognition and execution for all the cases is at least decent.

You can get better layers by watching examples solves. What I like to do is there is no 2x1 block on the scramble, is try and find a way to make one in 1 move. There are often multiple ways to do this, and you should just pick the r best

ok will practise btw how fast should I execute my CLL algs I currently drill the algs and the algs average 3 seconds How much should my algs average to be sub 3.5 with CLL.Thanks:)
