Is SpeedCubeStore.co.uk FAKE?

Here is a list of reliable cube stores:
USA - The Cubicle, Speedcubeshop Cube Depot, CubeZZ
Canada - Cubing Out Loud, CANcube
Hong Kong - HKNowstore
UK - UK Cube Store, Kewbz UK
Austrailia/Oceania - Daily Puzzles

Do not use Amazon. You might overpay, or get a different cube from what you ordered. (Guess who it happened to?)

Speedcubing.org is far more reliable than ukcubestore, I know that because I own it and I've seen ukcubestore vend at competitions and they hardly even speak English.

lol, i just realised on the GAN XS product description, it says Feliks Zemdegs used it to set 5.33 wr single in november 2019

It was probably just an accident, cant say there bad after one accident, honestly amazon is fine and you just have to look harder for a good deal.

Hey guys,
I recently got into speedcubing and have been making progress throughout the past few months (in October '19 I was completely unable to solve the cube) and today I set my new ao12 pb of 45.15, ao5 of 43.07 and single of 33.79.

Problem was, I only have the rubiks brand speedcube as a gift from one of my friends. It's the best one I have, so I figured I'd order a better one in the hopes I'll improve. I ordered on April 10th from speedcubestore.co.uk, and have been waiting for it to arrive now for a while. On their FAQ page, it says that if the item hasn't arrived in 6 weeks, I can get my money back, but when I went to do that, the way to get in contact with customer support that's listed doesn't work. This lead me to looking into the legitimacy of their website, and here I am.

Others here say they've gotten their cubes to eventually arrive - how long am I expecting to wait? It's been 43 days for me now.

Thanks to anyone who responds.

Could take a few months, could never come. It's a toss up how long it will take, and whether you'll even get the right cube :(

For future cube orders, I would recommend speedcubing.org if you live in the UK.

I would suggest you make a PayPal claim or claim with whichever card company you used and get your money back, if it ever comes then pay them back but assuming it doesn't just reorder the same cube or any other cube from a store that's actually based in the UK and that is run by actual speedcubers.

I think @Owen Morrison knows which one I'm talking about.

I’m not really sure, all I DO know is that they’re very shady. My friend did get what he ordered, but several weeks after it was said to arrive, and with no customer support.
See if you can get your money back directly.

For future reference, buy from either KewbzUK or speedcubing.org - both their owners are on the forums, and are reliable. I think BritCubes is also good - they have less selection, and a not very organised website, but what they do have is quite cheap.
