how can i get sub 20 avg?

i cant seem to get pass sub 20 avg, im stuck at 21-22 average, i have been stuck here for like a month now, i feel so depress right now, and tip i can get sub 20 average ?:confused::confused::confused:

Work on F2L look-ahead, that is probably what is most time consuming atm for you (I'm guessing). try and get your F2L sub-12.

Go slow, but try and look for the next pieces to fix whilst you're going slow on the f2l, so that there are hardly any delays and your solves become more smooth.

I don't know what people expect us to say what hasn't been said before. What exactly are you hoping for? There is no secret knowledge that will make this any easier. Learn your OLLs, learn your PLLs, and then Practice Practice Practice. There is not much more to it. You are not missing anything -- if you are not improving, then you are just not getting enough of it.

Dude! You don't suck at cubing: your average is one third of mine and I'm great at cubing

I found that I already had the look ahead, I just needed the TPS to get me sub 18 so maybe that could do it for you. try turning very fast on F2L (but still don't forget look ahead

Hey I revcently achieved sub-20 (as you can see on my WCA account) after a competition, it seems as if it unlocks new possibilities... Hmm, just don't stress out trust me i used to get 20 second averages 150 times in a row, and then the opposite with 19, practice other events, breaks seem to help me.

Yes , correct, you can train this by turning slower at the F2L part,

When I was 21-22 seconds my F2L was like 16 sec ...I just turned to fast to train F2L. Actually when you look at most top cubers at the F2L part they do not turn that fast , but efficient

btw It is not the TPS as some suggested, I turn like 3 TPS still I am 17-18 sec average

You will need more TPS if you want an average like 10-11
