baisically it would be a compilation of the different scattered tutorials for building/algs/methods/mods/and other kinds of tuts available for twisty puzzles

maybe twistytuts?

The speedsolving.com wiki is the appropriate place to add methods, etc. If you have anything new to add just add it.

nonono but the wiki doesnt have full in depth guides on how to build something

like if i wanted to build a fisher's cube the guide would go there

I like the site idea, but I would rethink the name. Rubikstuts could be misread as Rubiksluts, especilly on a small screen like an iPod touch, not that I would have done that or anything.
