I've never actually gotten a sub-10 (my PB is 19.8), but I'd imagine at around a 15 second average. Of course, you could get an LL skip and end up with a sub-10 when you average 20. So I'd say it depends on luck, but realistically you're close.
Yeah, I agree with @DarkSavage.
I got my first sub-10 when I averaged around 14s (I is a while ago so I don't really know)
It all depends on that one perfect solve, lucky or not, which you might get today or in 5 months.
I average 20-21 seconds and recently got my first sub 12 second single. I took a break from cubing but before the break I was averaging sub 20 with a 15 second pb average of 5. I am kinda annoyed I took a break because now I feel so slow. I hope to get a sub 10 single when I am back to sub 20 consistently.
