So, in short, I wanted to learn to solve my 3x3x2 faster, since all those adjacent and opposite edge swaps were really tiring. Building of the first layer was also very tedious.

The method I've decided to start using is similar to the one used for Sq1: Separate U and D layer pieces, then CP, then EP.

Since I couldn't find the necessary algs anywhere, I've decided to craft them myself. However, I need some help with them. There are a few that I haven't quite figured out yet, some are probably not optimized, and some may just be simply bad (after all, I did find for most of these only by trial and error).

CP (O = opposite corner swap, A = adjacent corner swap)

O/A
(r2 U R2 U') (R2 U R2 U') r2

A/O
(r2 D' R2 D) (R2 D' R2 D) r2

A/A
(R2 U' R2) U2 y (r2 U' r2)

A/-
R2 B2 D r2 D' r2 D r2 D' r2 D

-/A
l2 B2 D r2 D' r2 D r2 D' r2 D

O/O
(R2 U' R2 U2 y r2 U' r2)*2

O/-
Doing A/- twice is unacceptable here... and I've got nothing better.

-/O
...

EP: Simple I and L permutations (including two-layer cases)

I/-
R2 U2 R2 U2 R2 U2

-/I

r2 U2 r2 U2 R2 U2

I/I
M2 U2 M2 U2

L/-
(R2 U R2 U') (R2 U2 R2 U2 R2) (U' R2 U' R2)

L/- (+U')
(R2 U' R2 U) (R2 U2 R2 U2 R2) (U R2 U R2)

-/L
(M2 U' R2 U') (R2 U2 R2 U2 R2) (U' R2 U M2)

-/L (+D)
(M2 U R2 U) (R2 U2 R2 U2 R2) (U R2 U' M2)

L/I
(R2 U R2 U') (M2 U2 M2) (U' R2 U' R2)

L/I (+U')
(R2 U' R2 U') (M2 U2 M2) (U' R2 U R2)

I/L
(R2 D' R2 D) (M2 U2 M2) (D r2 U r2)

I/L (+D)
(R2 D R2 D') (M2 U2 M2) (D' r2 U' r2)

L/L
I could come up with something terrible here... which is why I rather didn't.

EP: No parity (single layer cases only)

Ua
(R2 U R2 U') (R2 U2 R2 U2 R2) (U' R2 U R2) (U2 R2 U2)

Ub
(R2 U' R2 U) (R2 U2 R2 U2 R2) (U R2 U' R2) (U2 R2 U2)

H
M2 U M2 U2 M2 U M2

Z
(R2 U R2 U2) (R2 U R2 U') (R2 U R2 U2) (R2 U R2 U')

Z (+U)
(R2 U' R2 U2) (R2 U' R2 U) (R2 U' R2 U2) (R2 U' R2 U)

EP: Parity (single layer cases only)

W
(R2 U' R2 U2) (R2 U R2 U2) (R2 U' R2 U') (R2 U2 R2 U' R2 U)

W (+U2)
(R2 U' R2 U2) (R2 U' R2 U') (R2 U2 R2 U) (R2 U2 R2 U' R2 U)

Oa (this is the clockwise one)

(R2 U R2 U2) (R2 U R2 U') (R2 U R2 U2) (R2 U' R2 U2 R2 U)

Ob
(R2 U' R2 U2) (R2 U' R2 U) (R2 U' R2 U2) (R2 U R2 U2 R2 U')

So... any suggestions? Ideas? Perhaps help me with the dreaded O/- CP case?

Oh yeah that's another thing I wanted to mention, that I have found this T perm alg:
R2 U' R2 U R2 D' R2 U R2 U R2 U' R2 U' R2 U2

I guess it's good because it's regripless.

Also I forgot to mention, the A/- alg that I posted also works as a Jb perm, and it's actually surprisingly easy to execute.
Check this out:

Next, I love the Y perm and the double diagonal algs.
As for EP control, I'm not all into that yet, I would have to develop an intuition for it first.
And man... that Z perm... that just blew my brain. It works on a 3x3 too, which I love.

Also, I guess the W one is good, although I think this might make it easier to execute it: (r2 U r2') (R2 U R2 U' R2) (r2' U' r2)

It works on a 3x3 too, which I love.
Spoiler: I don't have a domino and I tested all of those algs on a 333 lol. No idea how good/bad they actually are on a domino. (I used to use the T/Y perms for my big cube method, but then I switched to Yau and those became useless.)

"EP control" is mostly about preserving pairs in the layers (so you avoid H/W/Z/O perms). Same concept as on squan, but less useful here because you can't just "misalign" the layers a bit to change the effect on edge permutation, and instead have to use a completely different alg.
