Sq1optim help

I would like to be able to gen some algs for square one, but I haven't been able to run the program. After downloading the program and unzipping the files, when I try to run it in command prompt, it displays something to the effect of "'sq1optim' not found." How can I fix this?

Another option is to hold shift, then right click on the sq1optim icon. There should be a "Copy as path" option. Click that. In the command prompt, right click and paste the whole thing, quotes and all, then put your options afterward outside of the quotes. This has basically the same result as what @1973486 posted above.
