What's the bar?

I might have to try that, but those G perms also annoy me because I often do something like L R U2 L' R' y' R' U L' U2 R U' L instead of L R U2 L' R' y' L' U R' U2 L U' R.

Basically, the picture you linked to is exactly the case I'm talking about (H ZBLL 21). FU and FUR stickers match, and BUL, BU and BRU are 3 different colors. In the same way, H ZBLL 22 has BU and BRU matching, and 3 different colors on FLU, FU, and FUR. If I see a bar of matching colors anywhere else (FU and FLU, for example), I know it won't skip EPLL.

Look at H perm (R L U2 R' L' y R' L' U2 R L) and N perms (L U' R U2 L' U R' L U' R U2 L' U R' and R' U L' U2 R U' L R' U L' U2 R U' L). Do those algs (with the PLL already setup before), stop halfway through and see what blocks are together in the top layer. Compare those to the blocks you get during the G perms and hopefully you can make a connection as to which "half N perm" you should do.

In fact, I don't even think of the G perms as algs on their own, but as "1/2 N perm + 1/2 H perm" or "1/2 H perm + 1/2 N perm".

Oh also Evan got a sub 40 single. The LL was R U R' U' R' F R2 U R' U' F' which is his main OLL alg. I suggested other stuff but he doesn't want to learn "feet OLLCP".

Some of these are really bad. I just noticed that the only PLL I do any U-Moves in is the V-Perm lol. (I don't use U-Style.)

Looked for some Chinese people on Youku

Chengming Su's channel. He uses RU style (or whatever you want to call it) with U2s

Ruohan Qiu's channel. He uses "Rd" style. Also a channel on another site here.

I've really struggled to find anything of Xiaojie, but I think he appears at 00:45 here. Seems to use RU style but you can only see him do a T perm. Also I think Liudi Sun can be seen but not doing any moves.

I need to find a new cube for feet.
Ive previously used guoguan yuexiao and it did work perfectly the only thing is that I've broken 2 of those now in the same way due to feet solving. it is the "stick" that the corner sits on that snaps in half, is there a cube with a stronger "stick" or what can I do to fix this problem.

I'm personally a fan of a magnetized Big Sail. Unfortunately the 60mm sail has posts that make it impossible to magnetize without cutting them out first, but the 68mm is pretty good. The perfect foot cube, in my opinion, would be about 62mm, with sculpted tiles and strong magnets. But black tiles, so I can mess with high-visibility color schemes.

with a cube out of those which have now been suggested, is there any risk that the same thing might happen again?

I have really been getting back into feet solves, and I am curios if anyone has any tips or algs that would be beneficial for me. I am average sub 2:00 right now between 1:30-1:40 if that helps.

Also, is being sub 2:00 on feet, after seriously doing it for a month good? I only ask out of curiosity.

Start using Indonesian style turning (U-turning) if you don't already. It takes a little, but it's faster in the long run.
Look into optimal algs, use the R/L Jperm instead of the R/F Jperm because it has less moves which actually matters in Feet.

Sub 2 after a month seems maybe average if not worse?
I remember being at ~1:40 after 100 solves over a couple days without have practiced Feet before.

Thank you very much for the response. I will look into the mentioned algs and what not, and thank you for the feedback on my question regarding being sub 2:00. I guess that I need to practice more and do more then 75 solves, and hopefully then I will be sub 1:40-1:30.:)

Can you recommend a good video of what you mean? I use mostly R U L with a little D, and occasionally F (I should really figure out how to use ZZ for feet instead of CFOP).

hey guys, what is the thickness of a speedstacks mat? Will practicing on floor hurt my avg by like, a huge margin officially?
THX!
Speedstacks mat is ~1mm thick
If you've practiced on carpet+mat and are going to compete on hard floor+mat, yes there will be a big difference.
Try to do at least a couple averages on a hard floor, just to know what it feels like.
Don't let it catch you off guard!
