I've been trying to solve this 5x5 MasterMorphix for a while now and I've been doing it as a normal 5x5 but the last center is different because you cant just do the last two at the same time, you have to do the 5th one and then the last one. Are there any methods from the 5x5 that solve the last two centers separately?

Once you solve 5 centers you can use center commutators to move the pieces of the last center around without messing up the other 5. I'd start by solving the +-centers using [Rw: [U', Lw L' E2 Lw' L]] to do a 3-cycle from UR -> UB -> UL (that's Rw U' Lw L' E2 Lw' L U Lw L' E2 Lw' L Rw' if you don't know commutator notation). Then you can solve the x-centers using [Rw: [U', Lw L' Dw2 D2 Lw' L]] to do a 3-cycle from UBR -> UBL -> UFL (that's Rw U' Lw L' Dw2 D2 Lw' L U Lw L' Dw2 D2 Lw' L Rw')

Thanks for the help, this will be really useful

Hey sorry to bother you again but could you help me understand the notation of the commutators algorithms? I cant really grasp it too well in my mind, If you have any sort of graphic or link to help me visually understand this that would be awesome. Here is a picture of my current status on the puzzle with the last center scrambled. (I paired the edges just because I got bored.)

So basically a commutator is of the form A B A' B' where A and B are any two sets of moves and A' and B' are their inverses, notated as [A, B], and a conjugate is of the form A B A' notated as [A: B]. Commutators are mainly used to cycle just a few pieces without affect the rest of the cube (if you want to learn more there's a lot of videos on youtube going more in depth on how they work). In your picture it looks like you've got all the centers solved except for 3 of the x-centers (corner center pieces) which is good. If you put the unsolved face on top and the one solved x-center to the front-right you can use the algorithm I put up above to cycle the 3 unsolved x-centers (Rw U' Lw L' Dw2 D2 Lw' L U Lw L' Dw2 D2 Lw' L Rw'), which is a commutator and can be notated as [Rw: [U', Lw L' Dw2 D2 Lw' L]]. Let me know if it works!

Hey so on my 5x5 mastermorphix i have just on middle center that is rotated 90 degrees, how is this fixable?

90 or 180 degrees? on a 3x3 mod, 90 is not possible, means there was a piece twist somehow, but 180 is fixable. I can't say for 100% that this will work, but on 3x3 shape mods you can fix that problem by doing (R U R' U)x5. Maybe you could try (Rw U Rw' U)x5? I don't have a 5x5 shape mod so can't test it for you, just kind of thinking through it right now.

Thanks i figured it out and it happened to be false equavilancy.
