I complied a list of Unofficial Official WR Holders for 3x3 Averages, like the ones for FMC.

Basically, you only lose if someone actually beats you at a competition. It should also be in the final round.(I added that)
Started from Minh Thai in 1982


And Currently the winner is..

Seung Hyuk Nahm! He has been the record holder since Asian Championships 2016!

Suprisingly, Feliks does not appear even ONCE.
