Hi from Japan.
To learn speedcubing, I'm having problem with cube notation.
I can't scramble well with scramble notation during practice.
In particular, D/D' and B/B' make me confused..."Wh...Which do I turn?"
So, I want to train turning right direction.
Do someone have good way? Or I have to train in an honest way?

If you use the same fingers for the turns, you could try to memorize which finger you use instead of the turning sense.

At least that helped me.

exactly.

if you use your ring finger to turn,
right hand: D'/B'
left hand: D/B

if you use index finger,
right hand: B
left hand: B'

I don't see the point of having a trick, tbh you should just learn which is the back face and which is the lower face [emoji14]
Also, B moves are uncommon, and when they happen, B is counterclockwise when viewed from the front and vice versa.

Thanks 4 your replies...hm...

Yesssss! This point is huge problem for me!
I can't do without thinking well the B is "CW" on back view or "CCW" on front view...CW or CCW...from fornt or from back...
Deciding finger is pretty good for now.
For more intuitive, now I put scramble in cubetwister. If only ppTimer can copy and paste current scramble...

Honestly, the best way to do it is more and more and more practise until it eventually becomes second nature and you don't have to think about the moves. I know it can be off putting but by the time you do your 1000th scramble you should be fairly good at it.
