I average about 20 seconds on 3x3, but i am very bad at last layer. I am usually done with F2L after around 11-12 seconds and then i have 5-10 seconds on last layer. I really need to improve this. I use 3 look last layer and know about half of the OLLs.

Thanks in beforehand.

To improve LL you mainly need to reduce two things: recog time and execution time. For recog try to learn 2-sided PLL recognition to avoid AUFing or looking around the cube, for execution just choose good algs and fingertricks (there are nice tutorials on that), drill your algs and try to complete 1L OLL.

Other than that, maybe learning some easy last slot cases can help with your averages.

Thanks for the tips. Do you know any Good tutorials for 2sided pll recognition?

I think I had an approximate 4-6 second Last Layer.

A little while later, I was trying to decide on another method besides CFOP.
And since I was taking so long to decide, I had no method to actually purely practice upon.

So, I decided to do lots of Last Slot Solves (Thousands), and I saw that my PLL recognition was a log better, OLL only a little bit, and my Last Layer dropped to around 2-4 seconds.

If you haven't finished learning OLL yet and you are currently doing so, then your recognition will worsen slightly because you aren't completely used to all the cases yet, so it just comes with practicing Last Layer.
