How to get faster in 3x3 one handed?

Knowing full cfop ( or at least 4lll with f2l) would be great if you dont know it already. If not, definitely learn that.

It's also hard to know how much you'll be able to progress at this point without knowing your two handed speed. Sometimes getting faster at 2h will help with OH.

anyway I would start with training your fingers to do moves like R U R' U', R' U' R U, etc until you can do them pretty decently without your hands hurting. Do them lots over and over again for about a week. Eventually it wont hurt your hands so much to turn the cube and you'll be able to practice longer, and your fingers will turn faster. You can eventually start learning how to do u, u', r and r', or even D and D' in ways that it wil help you solve the cube, but thats more advanced. After this, start practicing your OLL and PLL algorithms so you can preform them OH. Use the same algorithms until your at least sub-30, but modtify them by using lots of rotations with R and U moves. (For example: turn F into an x rotation and then U.) After that, just lots of practice. When doing solves, the modification of your oll and pll algorithms to fit one handed turning will come pretty naturally. Just following these tips, you should be able to get to sub-30, but it will take a TON of time, effort and practice. Don't expect it to come in a day. I also recommend you watch some youtube videos. Antoine Cantines "How to get fast" video comes to mind.
