Mmm I Think I use both systems. I can go 3 minutes without hyperventilation.

Haha no, I have no idea. Holding my breath was just something I used to do to pass the time. I was never really good, I think my best was around a minute and a half

Competition is healthy! As Enzo Maiorca would say, 'it gives me something to beat tomorrow!'

I have long said the current record is pretty low. 16 or more is excellent... Hopefully I'll manage 18-22 (my attempt is aimed for September).

Anyway, good luck on the attempt and I can't wait to watch it!
