How do I break sub 13 on 3x3?

try learning 2-sided pll recognition. During f2l ive heard that some of the best people are able to identify multiple f2l pairs at a time and pick the 2-gen ones so they can execute all those do a single rotation and execute the rest. (im not sure if seeing ALL the f2l pairs is practical but seeing a couple seems prefectly do-able) Ive noticed that the solves that i have with one or two rotations are so much smoother and result in 11 or 12 seconds solves and i average 15 seconds
I'm not quite sure that I agree with trying to learn 2-sided PLL recognition. I can recognize PLL with only 2 sides, but I never sat down and told myself to do it. I think its something that you just pick up over time by feeling more comfortable with the cases. Just my opinion tho.

I think for some people it definitely does help, and there's nothing wrong with learning that skill specifically. Sometimes I wish I had, because my recognition is a bit sketchy at times

If you want to get sub 13 you should probably get faster. (I'm sure nobody's said that one before.)

But really, there's always things you can learn like COLL and stuff, as well as just practicing and believing you will get faster. I'm also learning some last slot stuff for OLL.

for the majority of cases i can too but majoirty is a huge handicap for an average when you are wanting to sqeeze a few more seconds out of it, especially when you are only 6s slower than the WR. Would only you learn 18 PLLs and 45 OLLs and expect to have the same averages as a person who has learned them all?
