Hi Dan I haven't seen you post in a while. I don't know a Meyer tutorial. Explain what method it is because it could of been the method I previously used.

Meyer is supposedly a 4x4 method optimised towards roux solvers. Maybe ask in the roux thread idk ...

1)Opposite Centers
2) 1x3x4 Block using one of the centers
3) Rest of the Centers
4) Pair how you like without breaking 1x3x4
