I've became sub15 by learning full PLL

Look ahead would be a good option, if your brain works like that. Mine doesn't so I don't think I'll ever be able to do look ahead.
However, I do believe that even if you change nothing about the way you solve, you will still very slowly move towards 15 seconds due to your increased efficiency that comes with experience.
At this point, you should have a few short pauses between each step. The goal to being sub-15 is being able to increase your TPS while also decreasing the amount of time you're spending in between each step. The best way to do this is to eliminate the pauses first. Try and solve without any pauses in your solve, and then slowly increase your speed. When you do start to turn faster, you'll notice that it'll be harder to stop pausing. Try and find a reasonable compromise between the two, and then try and stop pausing with your new TPS.
Eventually, you'll be able to turn quickly without pausing, but that takes lots of effort and time. Don't worry if it doesn't come within a month or two.
For your last layer, make sure you're able to sub-2.5 every PLL. The OLLs are important to have fast, and RECOGNITION IS KEY. Make sure you can predict the OLL or PLL, and don't do a U2 or y2 to see what case you have.
1. Learn PLL
2. Practise F2L
3. Learn OLL
4. Look at F2L reconstructions on cubesolv.es and F2L algs on algdb.net to try to make your F2L more efficient
5. Practise F2L
6. Look for better algs on algdb.net for both OLL and PLL
7. Practise F2L
8. Practise F2L
1. Learn PLL
3. Learn OLL
How would practice work? I thought it was a noun, so you could only use practise for this example...BTW interestingly I think both "practise" and "practice" work for "Practise F2L".
Practise your PLLs. After finding the best algs for you, do them again and again until you can do them all in less than 2 seconds (maybe 2.5 for some of the hardest ones like V/N). After that, practise recognition (maybe do some PLL scrambles on qqTimer - you'd need to do a large average though, an Ao5 is meaningless).I know full PLL and just did an average of 5 and got 4. Something seconds for some of them apart from G perm which was a 2.9 and my U, E, M, Z and A perms are quite quite but the others are horrible. I know about half the OLL's and do them I'm about 3 seconds depending on the case and I realise I need to find better algorithms
If you want to average sub-15, you want a 9-10 second F2L. You don't want to go above 11 seconds.I do the f2l in about 10-13 seconds. That's bad right? I'm working on look ahead and it's hard.
The reason why algdb.net is such a good website is that it saves you the time of searching through lots of websites because everyone submits the algs that they use, meaning everyone's algs are all in one place. You can also see which algs are used by the most people.I already know all PLLs and I'm looking at 3 different speed cubers algorithm and execution, Andrew Ricci, Chris Olson and Steve Cho
