[Help Thread] yj mgc 6x6 horrible noise

please help!!! my new yj mgc 6x6 is making this super loud noise and it feels horrible to turn
(this only applies to the 3rd layer turning just watch the video)

how do i stop this!!!?
please help

Grab a screwdriver and try to tighten the screws a bit. Try tightening in quarter-turn increments.

(If the screws aren't screwed in deep enough, the screw head can scrape against the centre pieces. I'm guessing this is what happened to your cube, but I might be wrong.)

nope didnt work
theyre now all in 2 quarters deeper than what it comes in thank you though

did you try lubing the puzzle? or just checking for plastic catches
