So I really like the MGC 5x5 and 6x6 so I am hoping that the 4x4 will feel like one of those

Sort of, magnets feel a bit stronger on the MGC 4x4x4
It is probably 2nd best 4x4x4 and best in it's price range and feels similar to the MGC 5x5x5 And MGC 6x6x6

I never felt it to be similar, but probably because of my setup. The 4x4 is faster and has stronger magnets. Also, it is smoother and feels less like a big cube(less squishy and almost no locks). The 5x5 is nice, but has lockups sometimes.
