OOTB tensions for the 2 of these I got was actually pretty decent ...
I eventually ended up tightening by 1/4 turn on each side
Pick one edge to do this and then
I would recommend putting one drop of Cubicle SILK between the corner piece and the first inner edge piece
then one drop between each of the 4 pieces that make the edge
Scramble really well so you spread it around thoroughly to the rest of the cube, and then solve
Repeat the scramble + solve sequence 4 more times and then see how it feels to you...
If it still seems kind of dry then pick a different edge and repeat
the lubing and 5 scramble/solve process (twice ought to be enough with the SILK)
With DNM-37: Repeat the lubing process above and the 5 scramble/eolve sequences,
and see how it feels...
if necessary then pick a different edge and do the DNM lubing a 2nd time with more scramble/solves on it
Twice ought to be good, even if it doesn't quite seem to be
Go ahead at that point and make yourself do about a dozen more scrambles and solves to get it well worked in and "broken in"
If it feels a tad slower than you might want, then pick an edge and
repeat the lubing process with DNM-37 and do some scrambles+solves to work it in
(you shouldn't need more Silk by now)
but afterward pick a random corner and add 1 extra drop DNM-37 between it and one of its edges (and possibly 1 more drop later, depending)... so the outer layers are a bit faster than the inners...
Another 5 scrambles + solves
and Bob's your uncle

If you feel it needs any more, add a drop of DNM-37 to help the pieces slide against each other better...
also, the innermost slice is stiffer than any kf the others, so if you feel it needs it, add 1 more drop of DNM-37 specially there...
adding more Silk can make it too gummy
and cleaning the lube out afterwards can be a serious pain
