Yau 4x4 Improvement

Can someone help me improve on the centers and cross parts of the 4x4 Yau Method?

I solve with Roux but have a somewhat eclectic collection of tidbits that float through my mind as I solve, and at times enjoy using Meyer (or something like that) on 4×4... and these Yau vids do help

and I have learned quite a bit from Ciaran Beahan's videos, he's pretty amazing
