Recently i started to practice solving OH, but pretty quick i learned that CFOP isnt that great for OH. I wonder if its "better" to learn ZZ and use both for OH and 2H or just continue with CFOP.

Do whatever you feel like. Certainly ZZ almost definitely be an advantage when doing OH but really, it's just if you want to use it or not.

Though i would definitely recommend at least learning how to do ZZ.

I can solve the cube using ZZ but I'm bad at EO, i can barely fo it most of the time. its just that i feel so much slower than using CFOP, i just need to practice i guess...

i would advise you to swap to ZZ completely or not at all. if you learn it for OH only, you will always have bad habits from CFOP influencing your blockbuilding for ZZ, and you have to sustain both methods with lots of practice to stay at your times.

So it really depends on how important OH is for you relative to TH solving, and whether you like ZZ as a whole or not.

I would definitely be able to agree with the statement that ZZ gives you an advantage for OH solving. It's certainly not a huge advantage though, and you will be able to becomeVERY fast with CFOP as well. (The best OH solvers right now also use CFOP and they are below 12 seconds)

The only advantages ZZ gives for OH are that it minimises the number of F and B moves, and removes the need for y rotations which usually require a regrip. If you practice CFOP OH enough, you'll become much better at those things, and the advantage that ZZ gives disappears.

That said, as a long time ZZ solver who is just starting to tak OH seriously, I'm finding it a lot easier to improve with ZZ than friends who use CFOP, whereas I typically improve much slower than them in other aspects of cubing.

I just tried doing OH F2L with both methods, i was about 15% faster with CFOP, but I have practiced alot more with CFOP so its not really a surprise
