Why Warming Up Is Essential

[CreationUniverse]

(This is the most random rant)

I used to (a week ago) average around 35s now I average 25s, and I realize now:

• I should have practiced and just done more solves in general.
• I still average 35s until I am warmed up.

I just did 300 solves yesterday and my overall average was around 24s, so...
warm up, kids!

Ok... i don’t see why you couldn’t just put this on a profile post rather than making a thread for it but you can do what you want

Don't need to warm up, just buy hand warmers.

People actually look at profile posts? Maybe I've been around SS for too long, but I've always seen those extra fourm features that have been added over time as completely unnecessary and ignored.

I always look at profile posts, it's usually where I post small accomplishments(i.e, 3x3 PB, Pyraminx Duo WB, I don't suck as much as I thought I did at 4x4, etc.) Plus, it's the best way to watch the activity of the DerpyCat Morrison welcoming/greeting team/committee

I often look at profile posts. I look at the new threads, open the ones I want to see in a new tab and then I scroll down to see the latest profile posts
