thanks guys for the help, umm my older solve where I was faster I had no lookahead and just went fullspeed with many many pauses, now I try to lookahead. If i just go full speed is it bad?

It helps to do both. Use slow-mo solving help your eyes and to make sure all you finger tricks are clearly defined. Try switching between slow-mo and fast-mo every other solve when you're working on improving your lookahead.
