Where to start learning Full OLL

Small Lightning/Fat Sune - r U R' U R U2 r'
Square/Fat Anti Sune r U2 R' U' R U' r'
L (Pi Corners) - F (R U R' U')*2 F'
Bar (Pi Corners) - f (R U R' U')*2 f'
Dot (Pi Corners) - F (R U R' U') F' f (R U R' U') f'
Easy C - (R' U') (R' F R F') (U R)

Theres tons more easy ones. Just learn those, their inverses and mirrors, then start adding more easy algs as you see them. You'll get like 30+ doing that in no time.

I personally suggest dots first (since they take the longest to do 2LOLL otherwise), then find the hardest ones and knock them out. So much of OLL is fast and easy to learn, so from here it should be a breeze.

I started with 2LOLL, then with small lightning bolts, then big lightning bolts, then T shapes, then C shapes, and then I don't remember.

I am currently in the process of learning full OLL, and the way I choose which alg to learn next is I just choose the ones that I think I will be able to recognize the easiest, first. Which means I am saving all the dot cases for last. (except the few dot cases with no edges oriented)

Is there a website that shows the theoretical probability of getting an oll case, because i want to learn my oll's in order of probability

I also suggest learning the ones with longer algs first... There are a lot of OLLs that mirror one another... There are several that I solve on both R and L... and from different angles... but yeah do Dots first... they're a pain!

If you don't already know 2LOLL, learn it.

After that, you should learn all the easy cases, stuff that uses triggers and such.
Keep adding on a couple algs, whenever they get annoying and you feel like you should learn them. Remember, you don't have to learn 1LOLL all at once, just keep adding on algs when you feel like it.

I basically learned all the cases similar to F R U R' U' F' (T, P, small L, etc).

Then I kind of did a bunch of solves and learned the ones I thought came up more often. Not a great way, but it worked. Learning them in a list never worked for me.

I've started to learn full OLL and I just do a mix of learning the easy ones and learning the ones I find to appear most.

I agree, I'm almost done learning the dot OLL's and it has already improved my times by removing those long 2LOLL-no-adjacent-edge algorithms. But I still suck... (33.5 PB)

http://fatboy.geekside.com/cube/OLL.xls is an excel spreadsheet that has each case, the probability, and if you "know" it or not. It also has the algs I use, at least for most of the cases (I don't think I bothered changing the algs if I already knew the case).

You seem to be missing the all corners oriented "H" case, inverse of your "Manta"

other than that it's not bad. I like the (R U R' U) (Sledge) (R U2 R') alg for the "Y" OLL, aka fish on teh wiki.
