Good Afternoon,
I am from Portugal and I would like to know if there's any shop that I can buy from, without paying custom tax! Thanks :)

They don't produce them anymore. You will have to buy one from someone on the "Buy, sell, trade" forum or from someone at a competition.

So I got my friend into cubing today and he is planning to buy his first speedcube. He currently owns a Rubik's brand. I was wondering what cube he should get as a beginner? He CAN'T SOLVE THE CUBE!!! He might learn, I don't know about his enthusiasm. But he wants a good beginner speedcube so what should he order? And what's the fastest shop that can deliver to him quick?

I have had a good experience with speedcubeshop.com, they are based out of California. I just started cubing and really like the moyu tanglong, I found it more controllable than some other speedcubes yet still felt "fast"

Well, I guess he's getting a Tanglong from SCS. o_O

I agree with the TangLong. It's incredibly controllable and if he gets more into speedsolving, it'll work very well for that. I feel like you would get it in about the same time from TheCubicle.us and Speedcubeshop.com where you are. Your choice.

If he can't solve yet (let alone with any decent speed), you might as well get him a buget cube like the Guanlong or something. If you're willing to spend a bit more on a cube which he could use for a really long time then you could get him a thunderclap.
