Ok I'm getting a little discouraged about cubing because i cannot see improvement.
I know what I can work on but I don't know where to start... :)

Ill give a break down of my and splits (ignore my sig its old)
cross- 6-10s
f2l 20-30s (working on lookahead but getting stuck bcs times aren't improving)
oll (2 look I know sune + antisune but thats it) 5-8s
pll (0/???)- I use a beginners algorithm to solve :)

Overall I= about 55 on average (ao5 pb is 49) and my pb is 42
I sometimes get inconsistent over 1 min solves which is extremely frustrating
I know I'm a huge noob and ive only been speedcubing for a month but... you get the point
Where should I improve first/ learn first (i.e learn pll or full oll etc)

ps not that im going to buy it (maybe later) but
AV, fII or Guhong which is the best?

You need to start learning more last layer algorithms. I suggest starting with basic PLLs like U perm, A perm, J perm, and T perm.

Improve your cross, it should not be taking you 6-10 seconds.

Learn more algorithms and practice.
GuHong if you like smooth, AV if you like crispy (although you may have to mod it to make it better).

Focus on OLL and PLL right now, as you learn more and practice them, your cross will improve and you F2L should improve as well just because you will be doing more solve. Learning the other two-look OLL algorithms and the two-look PLL algorithms is where you should start, and if you're really motivated go ahead and learn full PLL.

stupid question :)
how much practice...
(I thought I practice alot with around 2h a day (using metrenome slow practice etc)

Whatever is convenient for your schedule. No need to practice for hours a day, but if you want too, go for it. Really, just practice. Even if it's 40 mins. or 5 hours.

Most Important: F2l = From what times im seeing try look up some tricks on how to insert pairs more efficently like inserting from behind.

Middle= LL learn 2Look PLL

Least Important: Ok ive said this heaps but my cross is just as slow as yours and yet I average 23 or 24 for an AO12
Dont worry about your cross untill you get sub 30 :)

Just a note it doesnt take you Full PLL or a sub 3 cross to get sub 25
My F2L is about 9 seconds and my cross is about 6 :P So I have about 7 seconds to perform both OLL and PLL

F2L is the most important
