Where can you learn about puzzles?

I want to know if there is any specific place or institution where people go to learn on how to solve puzzles like rubiks cube, pyraminx etc. Or does everyone learn it from online?

First of all, I am certain you have no evidence to back up that claim. Second of all, I have a very strong inclination to believe you are wrong.

I'm not aware of any schools/institutions which specialise in solving twisty puzzles. I think it's safe to say the vast majority of speedcubers learnt to solve through various online means. It would be hard to say how non-speedcubers learnt.

physical places: well you could go to some place where an employee can solve one and ask him, like at UCL my mom knows other staff who can solve a rubiks cube (computer science department so they are all nerds). but other wise there is definitely not a school you can go to, but they might teach it as a math subject in a math specialist school thing.
The best place to learn is online because there are 1000's of tuorials that are all different so anyone can find a tutorial that suits there learning style.

If you want personal, one-on-one tuition, ask someone here nicely and they might Skype you and give tips.

But no, there's no physical place you can go to learn to cube.
