Where do you learn your algs?

Hey, I was wondering where everyone learns their algorithms?
What's your favourite alg site or do you just learn them from a YouTube video?
I'd be interested to know as I am trying to find a good site where I can learn my algs.

My site now has full OLL and PLL!
But other sites are probably better and have more than just 3 and 4.

I learned a bunch from the speed solving wiki page on PLLs and F2L, which is not good because there are tons of trash algs there (as I say, indiscriminate dumping ground with no voting mechanism or moderation on what gets in)
